Little Grey was found in the grille of a semi truck.  The driver had no idea he had hit the little owl until he stopped for gas.  She had a punctured eye and neurological problems when she came into rehabilitation. 

Many birds with one eye can be released and live normal lives. But when they have neurological damage after injuries their chances are significantly lower, so Grey was place into our education program in 2004.
